There are many words to say after a week like last one. The thunderstorm made an ugly weekend for many in Chicago and his Suburbs. Many basements flooded, roads closed, the plumbers tired. But there are some who did not suffer. They where prepare. Checked sump pumps, main sewer line cleaned, back up sump pumps, new back up prevented system. MAINTENANCE. Is the key word. Don't forget. It is you only, not the neighbor, not the weather. Be prepare for next time. Do a minimum to help your investment, your property.
