Good or bad management!?

Is like "To be or not to be". There is no more a good or bad management. There's money or not! If you have money, good employee, well paid, then you will have success. If not forget it. And another thing, if somebody will see you, and you are really good, that is success. And the last but not the least you need SCHOOL. You cannot be manager without having at least few months of management lessons.

There are many words to say after a week like last one. The thunderstorm made an ugly weekend for many in Chicago and his Suburbs. Many basements flooded, roads closed, the plumbers tired. But there are some who did not suffer. They where prepare. Checked sump pumps, main sewer line cleaned, back up sump pumps, new back up prevented system. MAINTENANCE. Is the key word. Don't forget. It is you only, not the neighbor, not the weather. Be prepare for next time. Do a minimum to help your investment, your property.
