The temperatures are dropping down pretty fast. Nothing to worry because is that time of the year. Nice fall so far with pleasant weather. Now is the time to check the sump pump if is in good condition. Now is the time to clean the main sewer line if you didn't. Did you checked the water heater? Did you set up at the right temperature the water heater? Are your outside floor drains and down spouts free of leaves from last year or any other waste? If not do the cleaning and you will be safe and you will fill good.
