When we chose a company to help for develop our project in our house or around our house first of all we Google different sites like yelp, Home Adviser, Angie's List, Craig List and few other base on their specific market. You find what you are looking for and you start the project. But have you ever ask how much more do you pay? Do you think Angie's list is for free? Do you think Home Adviser is sending the best of the best? Not even close. There in the market are many companies which don't give to much for advertising, they have a little advertising and that's it. But they have the best employees and they provide the best work in the world. Why? Because they have selected customers like you but the difference is their customers know them and are happy with them. A really good company don't need to pay thousands of dollars for advertising for what? They PAY their employee and keep the cost down for you, dear customer. Our advise think twice and do once.

For this reason it is very important to know what your needs are when looking to hire the professional.

- Find out if the plumber offer service guarantee or warranty
- Ask about service fees; such as in the case of night, weekend, and emergency hours
- Find how many years this company has been doing business in your area
- Make sure you allow enough time for the plumber to get the job done right
- For larger jobs be sure to request a written proposal or estimate
- Do not hire a plumber based only on price
- Ask if the company has all the tools or parts in stock for your particular needs
- Ask for references, testimonials and less for reviews

Few words!
It is very important when you move to a new house is to check the hidden problems. Sometimes are hard to find, sometimes those are hidden by the previous homeowner. All those are very painful and you can fill them in your pocket. But some of them you can prevent to rise like a nightmare in your face. One of them is to check before you sign up the contract for new house the sewer main line. Few hundreds dollar can save thousands most of the time. Don't forget to call a plumber, your plumber not somebody else plumber, with good sewer drain service skills and let him check the sewer with camera. Be smart, don't listen the neighbor!
P.S. Today we spent 4 hrs to open a sewer main line for a house where probably last cleaning has been done in ice age. We make it and now everything is OK.
